I would like to know if it would be possible to set the weather on homescreen WITHOUT making it a wallpaper. What I mean is have a transparent setting for wallpaper so that we can still use other third party apps like wallpaper changer and such... is it possible?

Any word on if this is possible yet?

Wallpaper Changer can cycle wallpapers (even the one BW uses), but the change doesn't show up on the homescreen until the next time BW updates. Having the homescreen info of BW on a transparent overlay would allow the wallpaper to be viewed under it. If that's not possible, is it possible to work with the developer of Wallpaper Changer to come up with a resolution so that the wallpaper change could initiate a refresh on the BW wallpaper? He is eager to discuss it with you and I can put you in touch with him if you are willing.

Thanks for a great product(s)!!!

Along with setting the weather on the homescreen with using it as a wall papaer, I would like to be able to move the information around.

I know you can set it to left, top, or right, but like to move it to the botton or move it base on the theme you have on your phone.

Hi, I'm new to the forums here, and don't know if it's been mentioned yet but, I would love to see animated icons for current conditions or somehow animate the homescreen wallpaper...or have wallpaper that changes based on current conditions.

If it is not possible to have a translucent overlay for the homescreen info (so third party automatic wallpaper changes are seen), how about the option to make an installable shortcut icon to refresh BW? While it wouldn't be automatic when wallpaper cycles, this would give a quick and easy way to update BW whenever we want. It could be done in a way so that an app like Quicklaunch would recognize the "BW Refresher" shortcut as an app and it could be initiated via Quicklaunch. Also having it install an actual shortcut would give users the option of clicking the shortcut to do the refresh.

A shortcut to refresh BW without opening the app would benefit everyone that uses the homescreen info because it makes it easy to ensure you are looking at recent info!

I'd like to be able to enable advisories for only certain locations. Not just alerts, but advisories themselves.

For example, I have some sporting team home cities stored and I check the weather there, but I don't care about advisories. I'd really just like to be able to configure BW to show advisories only on my Home location That way I don't have to clear out 10 location that have advisories to get the little alert triangle to disappear from the BW home screen or icon.

Also - and I'm not sure if this can be done - making the app more international-friendly would be good. What I mean is, I went on holiday to Cornwall in the UK last week. I tried to "Add location" for most of the major cities in Cornwall but none of them were found. When we arrived I switched on the GPS location which found the weather for St Mawgan which is a fairly small place in Cornwall and certainly not a city! So a way of inputting a city (or a postcode) and it finding the nearest usable station would be good. I know of other apps that do this but I don't know how and therefore don't know if it could be implemented in BerryWeather, but if it could that would be awesome.

By means of GPS location, you will find if the weather for St Mawgan is good or not. It could also a way of inputting a postcode. I know you can do it so good luck to you.
